Delete your account

You can close your SpyTower account and everything in it from here, or from the account screen inside the app. You do not need to ask us and we cannot stop you.

What gets deleted

Your login, and every login on the business
Your website, which stops being served
Your phone number, which is released
Every lead, conversation, booking and customer record we hold for you
Your reviews and any review requests waiting to go out

What we keep, and why

A record that somebody asked us to stop texting or emailing them. We keep this so they are never contacted again, and the law requires it.
What you paid and what your account cost us, for tax and accounting.

When

Your access stops the moment you press the button. Everything above is destroyed thirty days later, and during those thirty days you can ring us and we can put it back. After that it is gone for good.

Sign in to delete it

We ask you to sign in first so that nobody else can close your account for you. If you have forgotten your password, the sign-in screen will email you a link.
